Tucked within the Qtopia Sydney precinct at 301 Forbes Street, The Loading Dock offers an unpretentious, highly functional space designed specifically for ready-to-go creative work. Stripping away unnecessary overheads, it provides artists, performers, and community groups with a practical, affordable, and flexible environment.

  • Workshops & Training: An intimate, focused space for creative development, skill-sharing sessions, and educational workshops.

FAQ’s

  • We can provide tech operators who can work with you. Tech support is charged at $60/hour.

    You can also bring your own tech crew but then we charge an induction session fee of three hours to induct your team.

    Most shows arrive with their lighting planned and it is common for them to book two days from 10am-8pm of full setup and then rehearsal but every show is different, has different tech requirements and rehearsal needs.

  • We can provide you with the venue specs if needed so that you can determine if the venue has what you need.

  • We can’t advise on this, every show and every audience is different.

  • You should manage your own ticketing and send us the link to add to our website.

  • We will add your event to our website of upcoming events and provide limited social media postings, you are responsible for your own marketing and promotions.
