
Holly Riding
Curatorial Director
Holly Riding is a senior exhibition designer and curator whose practice sits at the intersection of public art, digital technology, and design. With more than 15 years’ experience across the public and private sectors in Australia and internationally, their practice focuses on creating accessible, sustainable, and innovative exhibition solutions for museums and galleries.
With a background in Interactive Design and Museum Studies, Holly draws on site-responsive and technological strategies to situate collections in dialogue with contemporary activations across communities and continents, with their queer experience shaping how they approach audiences, space, and engagement.
More recently, Holly delivered award-winning exhibitions for the State Library of Queensland in Magandjin (Brisbane), and in 2025 designed the launch of the newly built WAMA Foundation - The National Centre for Environmental Art in Gariwerd (Grampians). Earlier work includes leading the creative production for Dark Mofo in Nipaluna (Hobart) and Haus Wien in Vienna, Austria.
