Puzzling Past, Bright Future
Overview
Understanding You, Understanding Me is a wellbeing-aligned program that builds empathy, respect and confidence without feeling like a lecture. Students engage with stories and guided conversation, then take part in a creative activity that helps them reflect on identity, difference and the impact of everyday choices. The focus is practical. Better language, safer peer culture, and clear ways to include others across the whole school community.

Years 9 to 12, senior wellbeing cohorts, leadership groups, and classes who thrive when learning is active and social.
What students take away
Stronger collaboration, problem-solving, and curiosity about history and community. Students also practise respectful discussion and learn how inclusion is built through everyday choices.
